The Plots will be allotted under Sy. Nos. 685 (J) (P), 686 (J) (P), 687 (P), 688 (J) (P) of Kishan Nagar Village, Farooq Nagar Mandal,
Mahaboob Nagar Dist. |
| 2. |
The duration of the scheme is 40 months and membership is limited for 2000. |
| 3. |
A member can pay Rs. 3,45,000/- for plot measuring 150 sq. yards by paying an admission fee of Rs. 300/- along with Rs. 40,000/- towards plot
allotment and confirmation. Balance amount of Rs. 3,05,000/- will be payable within 40 Months Rs. 5,125/- per month and Rs.12,500/- in 5th, 10th,
15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th and 40th month as special installments from date of joining. 40 ft road / 33 ft road corner extra Rs. 50/- per sq. yard and
Rs. 100/- extra per sq.yard facing 40 ft road corner. All northeast corner plots will attract Rs. 150/- extra per sq.yard apart from above cost. Who pays
4 spl installments in advance along with reservation amount they can be entered into agreement.

A member can pay Rs. 4,60,000/- for plot measuring 200 sq. yards by paying an admission fee of Rs. 300/- along with Rs. 40,000/- towards plot
allotment and confirmation. Balance amount of Rs. 4,20,000/- will be payable within 40 Months Rs. 8000/- per month and Rs. 12,500/- in 5th, 10th,
15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th and 40th month as special installments from date of joining. 40 ft road / 33 ft road corner extra Rs. 50/- per sq. yard and
Rs. 100/- extra per sq.yard facing 40 ft road corner. All northeast corner plots will attract Rs. 150/- extra per sq.yard apart from above cost. Who pays

Those members who seeks to pay full amount of the plot cost as out right will have 10% discount (except additional amounts) will be allowed. This out
right payment shall be irrespective of plot registration. Registration will be done according to the company’s schedule. |
| 6. |
Monthly installments and special installments due shall be paid on or before 15th of every month and company’s receipt should be obtained.
Company will not recognise any receipts other than the receipts duly signed by the authorised signatory. |
| 7. |
A member can pay through equated monthly installment of Rs. 10, 500/- per month for plot measuring 200 sq.yards and Rs. 7,625/- per month for
plot measuring 150 sq. yards. |
| 8. |
Registration / agreement charges are to be borne by members as fixed by the company. Interest at the rate of Rs. 2/- per month will have to be paid for
overdue installments as penal charges. If installments are not paid for three months in succession, Management reserves its right to cancel the
membership without any prior notice and treated as defaulter. |
| 9. |
Registrations will be done according to the company's schedule and approvals. |
| 10. |
Installment payments can be paid to our authorised Collection Executive / office counter only and members must demand for company’s authorised
pre-stamped and duly signed receipt by the competent authority. Company will not be responsible for unauthorised payments and receipts. |
| 11. |
The initial allotment of plot numbers are tentative. The final number of plot will be given at the time of registration. Management reserves the right to
alter the plots and layout partly or fully. Accordingly plot will be allotted to the members. |
| 12. |
Registration charges as per the prevailing rates of the government and incidental charges for registration to be borne by all the members by themselves only. |
| 13. |
Management reserves the right to increase or decrease the plots cost prior to the members joining the scheme. |
| 14. |
If member/members become defaulter due to non-payment of installments as per the scheme, the company has the right to cancel his/her plot
allotment without any notice and such member/members can regularise the payment later, he/she has to select another plot from the available vacant
plots at that point of time. |
| 15. |
Management is authorised to admit or reject any membership. Management reserves its right to change the rules and regulations of the scheme before
the member joins the scheme. |
| 16. |
IThose who make payment through Demand draft / Cheques shall have to bear the Bank Charges by themselves only. |
| 17. |
Change of name or transfer of membership to some other member who is identified by the member will be according to the company's rules and
regulations and will attract additional charges as fixed by the company. |
| 18. |
No member/members will be allowed to cancel his membership during the running period of the scheme. However after the closure of the scheme if
any member wishes to cancel his membership, such request will be considered for refund after deducting all expenses of marketing, administration
and development expenses. |
| 19. |
The company will not be responsible for any loss caused by the act of nature or by the act of legislation. |
| 20. |
All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Mahaboob Nagar /Hyderabad courts only. |
| 21. |
The company will not be responsible for unauthorised agreements made by anyone other than above terms & conditions.
