The Plots will be allotted under Sy. The duration of the scheme is 12 Months and membership is limited |

To join the scheme, a member should pay an admission fee of Rs 300/- along with reservation amount. Plot amount will be confirmed after the payment of Reserved Amount (As per scheme payment schedule) Along with who pays six months instalments in advance, they can be entered in the agreement |

Monthly instalments due shall be paid on or before 7th of every month and company’s receipt should be obtained. Company shall not recognise any receipts other than the receipts duly signed by the authorised signatory |

The initial allotment of plot numbers is tentative. The final number of plot will be given at the time of registration. Management reserves the right to alter the plots and layout partly or fully. Accordingly plot will be allotted to the members |

Registration charges as per the prevailing rates of the government and incidental charges for registration to be borne by all the members by themselves only |

Management reserves the right to increase or decrease the plot cost prior to the members who join the scheme |

Registration/Agreement/Incidental charges are to be borne by members as fixed by the company. Interest at the rate of Rs. 21- per month will have to be paid for overdue instalments as penal charges. If instalments are not paid for two months in succession, Management reserves its right to cancel the membership without any prior notice and treated as defaulter |

A Legal notice will be issued after repeated reminders by the Company even after default of the same for 3 months on issue of Notice Plot will be cancelled |

If member reserves a plot and become default in payment, company has the right to cancel his/her plot allotment without any notice. If he/she regularises the payment later he/she has to select another plot from the then available vacancies |

Management is authorised to admit or reject any membership. Management reserves its right to change the rules and regulations of the scheme before the member joins the scheme |

Instalment payments can be paid to our authorised Collection Executive/Office counter only and members must demand for company's authorised pre-stamped and duly signed receipt by the competent authority. Company will not be responsible for unauthorised payments and receipts |

Members can pay their instalment amount through Demand Draft/Cheques/Cash to the company. Those who make payment through Demand draft / Cheques shall have to bear the Bank charges themselves only. Cheques should be subject to realisation |

Change of name or transfer of membership to some other member who is identified by the member will be according to the company's rules and regulations and will attract additional charges as fixed by the company |

If any member seeks to cancel his/her membership will not be considered during the scheme period and it will be considered after the scheme after deducting marketing expenses, administration expenses and development expenses |

The company will not be responsible for any loss caused by the act of nature or by the act of legislation |

All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Viskhapatnam/ Hyderabad courts only and |
| • |
The company will not be responsible for unauthorised agreements made by anyone other than above terms & conditions |
