The duration of the scheme is 30 months and membership is limited for 3000. |

To join the scheme a member should pay an admission fee of Rs.300/- along with reservation amount of Rs. 50,000/- and plot allotment will be confirmed. Along with who pays six instalments in advance they can be entered in agreement. |

A Member shall pay Rs.5,40,000/- in 30 months installments for the plot measuring 200 sq.yds.A member shall pay equated monthly installments of Rs. 16,500X29 months and Rs.11,500 in 30th month and who pays Rs.50,000 as reservation amount they can get alloted 200 sq.yds plot 40'/40' Road Corner extra Rs. 100/- & any northeast plot extra Rs 250/- |

Those member who seeks to pay the full amount of the plot cost as out-right will have 10% discount. This out-right payment shall be irrespective of plot registration. Registrations will be done according to the company's schedule. |

Monthly instalments due shall be paid on or before 7th of every month and company's receipt should be obtained. Company will not recognise any receipts other than the receipts duly signed by the authorised signatory. |

The initial allotment of plot numbers are tentative. The final number of plot will be given at the time of registration. Management reserves the right to alter the plots and layout partly or fully. Accordingly plot will be allotted to the members. |

Registration charges as per the prevailing rates of the government and incidental charges for registration to be borne by all the members by themselves only. |

Management reserves the right to increase or decrease the plot cost prior to the members who join the scheme. |
| 10 |
Registration / agreement charges are to be borne by members as fixed by the company. Interest at the rate of Rs.2/- per month will have to be paid for over due instalments as penal charges. If installments are not paid for three months in succession, management reserves its right to cancel the membership without any prior notice and treated as defaulter. |

If member reserves a plot and become default in payment, company has the right to cancel his plot allotment without any notice. If he / she regularises the payment later he/she has to select another plot from the then available vacancies. |
| 12 |
Management is authorised to admit or reject any membership. Management reserves its right to change the rules and regulations of the scheme before the member joins the scheme. |
| 13 |
Instalment payments can be paid to our authorised Collection Executive / office counter only and members must demand for company's authorised pre-stamped and duly signed receipt by the competent authority. Company will not be responsible for unauthorised payments and receipts. |

Members can pay their instalments amount through crossed Demand draft / Credit card / Debit card / Cheques / Cash to the company. Those who make payment through Demand draft / Credit card / Debit Card / Cheques shall have to bear the Bank charges themselves only. Cheques should be subject to realiasation. |

Change of name or transfer of membership to some other member who is identified by the member will according to the company's rules and regulations and will attract additional charges as fixed by the company. |

If any member seeks to cancel his / her membership will not be considered during the scheme period and it will be considered after the scheme period after deducting marketing expenses, administration expenses and development expenses. |
| 17 |
The company will not be responsible for and loss caused by the act of nature or by the act of legislation. |
| 18 |
All legal matters are subject to jurisdiction of Hyderabad / Ranga Reddy district courts only. |
| 19 |
The company will not be responsible for unauthorised agreements made by anyone other than above terms & conditions. I understood and accept the above Terms & Conditions. |
